Feb. 18: Why Atheism Matters Panel (UPDATE)

Update: This panel will be held in Lamont library, and is open to the public (but please tell the security guard on duty that you are there for this event). We recommend arriving early, as we expect the venue to fill up quickly.

Monday, Feb. 18
5:00pm

With one in our millennials identifying as religiously unaffiliated, young Americans are more secular than they’ve ever been. Join us for a panel discussion between Steve Pinker, Rebecca Goldstein, and Andrew Jewett on why atheist perspectives matter in today’s changing religious landscape. Moderated by Humanist Chaplain Greg Epstein, with student open mic to follow in Adams LCR.

This event is part Atheist Coming Out Week (www.harvardatheists.tumblr.com).
